Residential siding services

Exterior Materials That Fit the Architecture

Siding profile, exposure, trim, color and transitions should work together across the full elevation rather than looking like separate repairs.

01

Fiber-Cement Siding

Upgrade to a durable fiber-cement system with profile and finish options selected for the home and approved scope.

02

Lap Siding

Create clean horizontal lines with consistent exposure, properly planned corners, openings and trim transitions.

03

Board-and-Batten Siding

Add vertical rhythm and modern farmhouse character to full elevations, gables or selected architectural areas.

04

Siding Replacement

Remove deteriorated or outdated siding and rebuild the exterior finish based on conditions uncovered during removal.

05

Trim, Soffit & Fascia

Coordinate corner boards, window and door trim, soffits, fascia and related details for a complete exterior.

06

Exterior Finish Coordination

Align siding color, paint, masonry, gutters, doors and roof tones into a cohesive curb-appeal plan.

A complete exterior scope

What Is Behind the Siding Matters Too

Replacement can expose sheathing, flashing or moisture-related conditions that were not visible beforehand. We define the known scope, discuss allowances or change procedures and coordinate the siding with surrounding exterior details.

  • Existing siding evaluation
  • Removal and disposal
  • Visible substrate review
  • Profile and trim plan
  • Openings and penetrations

Frequently Asked Questions

Get the broad answers here, then request an on-site estimate for advice based on your property and selected materials.

How much does siding replacement cost in DFW?

Cost depends on home size, stories, siding material, removal, trim, soffit and fascia work, access, paint and any conditions discovered behind the existing siding. An exterior review is required.

Do you install fiber-cement siding?

Yes. We can install fiber-cement siding, including lap and board-and-batten profiles, when specified in the agreed project. We do not claim manufacturer certification unless confirmed separately.

Can you replace only part of my siding?

Sometimes. Selective replacement depends on the extent of damage, material availability, transitions, color matching and whether a partial repair will perform and look appropriate.

Do you remove the old siding?

Yes, removal and disposal can be included. Because hidden conditions may become visible after removal, the proposal should explain how unforeseen substrate work will be handled.

Does new siding also need to be painted?

It depends on the product and finish selected. Some products are prefinished, while others require field painting. We coordinate the finish approach with the siding scope.

Which DFW areas do you serve for siding?

We serve residential siding projects throughout Dallas, Collin and Denton counties, including Dallas, Coppell, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Flower Mound and nearby areas.
