Remodeling Sales Representative

Help homeowners understand their remodeling options, maintain professional follow-up and move qualified opportunities through the consultation and proposal process.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to new remodeling inquiries
  • Speak with homeowners about project goals
  • Coordinate consultations and job-site visits
  • Communicate estimates and next steps
  • Maintain organized lead follow-up
  • Represent Gold Oak professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or customer-service experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Consistent, organized follow-through
  • Comfort speaking with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation throughout DFW
  • Remodeling knowledge is preferred
Field Operations

Remodeling Laborer & Installer

Support residential remodeling projects with demolition, site protection, material handling, cleanup and installation work based on your demonstrated skill level.

What You’ll Do

  • Protect occupied work areas before construction
  • Perform controlled demolition and debris removal
  • Load, unload and organize job materials
  • Assist with remodeling installations
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Follow project and supervisor instructions

What We’re Looking For

  • Remodeling or construction experience preferred
  • Dependable attendance and communication
  • Ability to work carefully in customers’ homes
  • Safe use of common hand and power tools
  • Reliable transportation throughout DFW
  • Willingness to learn additional skills
